As an installation agent at yetipay, you’ll bring our product to life by visiting customers across the UK to set up their devices and give a quick, friendly demo. It’s a hands-on role that’s all about fast activations, great service, and setting the stage for your move into sales.

About the Role

We operate in the UK and across 9 EU markets - and launched in Spain & Italy last quarter! We are growing our UK customer base rapidly and are looking to accelerate that further. With that expansion comes the need for smart, ambitious and resourceful people to help us on the journey.

As an activation agent you’ll be instrumental in supporting our aggressive growth by consistently attending customer appointments for in-person onboarding/activation and hardware installation. You’ll be responsible for ensuring all yetipay customers in your geographic area are activated within 48 hours of ordering a device.

You’ll work closely with sales, operations and customer support to ensure all yetipay customers receive first-class service from onboarding all the way through to activation. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone ready to learn and make a real impact fast.

Successful candidates will quickly progress into full-time Business Development Managers (BDM) - responsible for selling directly to customers (with OTE earnings up to £100k for top performers).

What You'll Do
  • Attend customer appointments for an in-person activation (installation and product demo)
  • Answer any customer questions regarding the product or their contract
  • Build strong customer relationships through professional conduct and warm service
  • Ensure all customers are activated within 48 hours of their device order
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly KPIs and performance targets
