About the Role
We operate in the UK and across 9 EU markets - and launched in Spain & Italy last quarter! We are growing our UK customer base rapidly and are looking to accelerate that further with our own inside sales team.
With that expansion comes the need for smart, ambitious and resourceful people to help us on the journey. You’ll be one of the first people a new customer speaks to — and you’ll set the tone.
You’ll work closely with management and sales to experiment with scripts, build a sizable pipeline, optimise our outreach and increase velocity. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone ready to learn and make a real impact fast.
What You'll Do
- Make high volumes of outbound calls to cold and warm leads daily
- Qualify inbound leads and assess sales potential through structured discovery
- Manage and update lead data in our CRM system
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly KPIs and performance targets
- Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing teams to iterate on scripts and strategy
