What types of payment solutions do you offer?

In person payments with a card, contactless or mobile wallet (Google and Apple Pay). We're considering also offering eCommerce payments -- talk to your account manager if that's interesting to you.

What are card processing fees?

Card processing fees are the charges you pay for each debit or credit card transaction. These fees are customised to fit the needs of your business.

What card types can I accept with yetipay?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro right away. We also support major card brands like American Express, China UnionPay, Girocard, and Bancontact. Want to add even more card types? Simply reach out to your account manager or our support team—they’re here to help :)

Am I PCI compliant?

yetipay is PCI compliant. Our customers must also agree to follow certain rules to guarantee their PCI compliance, such as not writing down card numbers.

How long does it take to receive my card machine?

All deliveries are shipped next-day meaning you should have your machine within 48hrs of placing an order. You can be processing payments within 5 minutes of receiving your device!
